Returns and Exchanges Made Easy

SST provides a 15-day tryout period for all SST Guard purchases from the date of confirmed delivery. Use this window to open, check out and try on your new protective gear. Guards may be returned new or used for a full refund. To request a return:

• Send a return request via email to Staff@SSTComposites.com and include your order number.

• Within 1 business day, you will receive written confirmation reply regarding the return and a prepaid shipping label will be sent to the email address listed on your order. If you do not see the email containing the shipping label, please check your spam or junk folders.

• Print the prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the original box your order was shipped in.

• Once the return is received, your order will be refunded to your method of payment.

• Return requests made after the 15-day trial period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• No returns after 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Exchanges for an alternate size will also be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email. Please include all guard installation pieces (Clips and Velcro) when returning a purchase for exchange.
